He has designed artisanal and small scale mineral supply pathways aligned with OECD due diligence expectations and counterparty requirements within LBMA Good Delivery supply chains. His work includes stakeholder negotiations, governance frameworks, offtake agreements and contracts involving several parties in highly regulated environments. He holds an LLB Cum Laude from the University of South Africa, where his final specialisations were Banking Law and Insurance Law.
President & CofounderTournabenne V. Mnyuku
With more than 15 years across mining, logistics, trade, manufacturing and healthcare, Tournabenne shapes KMG’s strategic direction from Tanzania. Before cofounding KMG, he built and managed manufacturing, mining, logistics and trade divisions, drawing on professional experience in Tanzania and the United States. His work also spans mining advisory, commodity trading and African private equity. The combination of commercial judgement and operating discipline informs strong origin relationships, practical partnerships and physical trades that can be executed with care.

Neema’s career spans senior legal, human resources, trade and corporate governance roles across multinational manufacturing, education, human rights and international justice. Her experience includes work with the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and Tanzania’s Attorney General’s Chambers, as well as legal education, industrial relations, market research and legal and HR leadership within a multinational cement group. At KMG, this breadth supports sound contracts, constructive regulatory engagement, considered workforce decisions and the institutional discipline required to operate credibly across several jurisdictions.

Across more than 18 years with DHL, Maersk, DSV and DB Schenker, Ann has developed deep experience in international freight forwarding, multimodal transport, corridor design, trade facilitation and African market expansion. Her work encompasses carrier selection, port interfaces, movement across borders and the handling of exceptions. This institutional logistics discipline connects KMG’s origin operations with reliable regional and international routes while keeping commercial commitments, cargo requirements and practical delivery conditions aligned.

Thys has more than two decades of advisory experience across mining, minerals, infrastructure and investment in more than twelve African countries, complemented by further study in financing and investing in infrastructure through Bocconi University. His 18 years in Tanzania have given him deep familiarity with the country’s mining landscape and the relationship between public institutions and private operators. As a FEMATA emissary, he has direct insight into artisanal and small scale mining communities, responsible market access and ASM formalisation.

Kitetoerica has spent a decade working across mining, road freight, logistics and trade operations. Her international exposure to logistics in Thailand, together with business training, informs disciplined operational planning, resource allocation and service control. She translates commercial commitments into source readiness, inland movement plans, clear operating responsibilities and agreed handover requirements, keeping origin activity, transport arrangements and delivery expectations aligned throughout execution.

Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Stephan has worked in origination and stakeholder management across several jurisdictions. In Tanzania, he led nationwide supply chain development, supported the onboarding of artisanal miners into rigorous compliance pathways and helped establish the secure movement of high value commodities from remote origins to European markets. His experience joins practical origination, responsible sourcing and trade compliance with durable relationships across the public and private sectors, creating supply corridors that are credible at origin and executable through delivery.

Mike’s practical manufacturing experience covers metal forming, plastics production, mine consumables, electroplating and jewellery manufacturing. He holds a BCom in Economics from the University of Johannesburg, as well as certificates in polished and rough diamond grading and jewellery valuation from Diamond Education College. This technical and commercial grounding informs KMG’s assessment of production processes, quality control, beneficiation opportunities and manufacturing partnerships that can convert sourced or extracted material into products of greater value.
