Priority access to an affiliated transport operator’s fleet strengthens inland capacity, with additional approved carriers deployed where route, equipment or volume requires. KMG manages source readiness, loading, inland movement, cross-border transit, port processes, documentation and contractual handover while remaining the buyer’s accountable counterparty throughout.
KMG’s operating team oversees critical loading, custody and handover points across origin operations and port delivery. When independent control is required, an appointed inspector can verify quality, quantity, weight or loading on KMG’s behalf and return the agreed records to the transaction file.

When requested by the client or required by the cargo risk profile, multi-sensor monitoring records location, G-force, shock and impact events, temperature, humidity and light exposure. Data is captured throughout the journey and transmitted subject to route connectivity. KMG and the client receive configured exception alerts so intervention can begin while cargo is still in transit.
Monitoring mandates conclude with a comprehensive post-trade report documenting the route, recorded conditions, handling events, exceptions and monitoring results across the monitored journey. The record can support exception review, claims documentation and continuous supply-chain improvement.
